My Story
Not Just Alpaca Crochet has morphed from an Etsy shop I started in September 2014. That shop has seen many changes over the years and now only contains crochet patterns that I have designed.
I’ve been designing crochet patterns since I learned to crochet when I was 9, but I’ve only been writing out the patterns for the last 10 years or so. Before that it was a make-it-up-as-I-went-along type thing which led to some interesting items. When my daughter was little I made her dolls some outfits, and wish I had written out the patterns for them. Given the type of dolls I’m sure the patterns would have been wonderful sellers. Oh well…live and learn.
Patterns will be added to my blog regularly and will be free for readers, complete with the story behind each one. If you prefer to purchase an ad-free and story-free PDF, links will be included in the post.
